The stay was really comfortable and the setting by the river was just what we needed, highly recommend.

Our stay at Montclaire was excellent! We were in Ballater for work and found the location to be perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the town center and amenities. The apartment was well-presented and had everything we needed for a short stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our visit was ideal, and we appreciated the snacks in the fridge. The area was quiet and there were plenty of good quality pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. We also enjoyed being close to great walking trails.

The apartment at Montclaire was perfect for our family stay. the location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the town center and amenities. the facilities in the apartment were top-notch, and we were impressed with the newly added shower over the bath in the bathroom. the hosts were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was ideal. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches of beer, wine, water in the fridge, and a box of sweets on arrival. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing five-night stay in a lovely, quiet area right in the heart of the city, just a short distance from the Balmoral Bar.

Some of the advantages included a Nespresso machine and pods for coffee lovers, as well as plenty of parking spaces nearby.

The cleanliness of the apartment could have been improved, with some issues reported regarding the floors and fridge.
